Orders and Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We make every effort to provide high-quality products. In the case of requests for order cancellations, as per our policy, once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or exchanged, and no refunds will be issued as these orders are specially made for you.
Sizes
The fit of our products may vary based on the cut, fabric, and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.
Colors
While we strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Furthermore, colors may vary in pictures compared to the actual product.
Delivery
All orders from https://rimpleagrawal.com are custom-made, with shipping timelines varying depending on the product type. For standard orders, please allow a minimum of 15-20 days for delivery, while Couture orders may take up to 25-30 days for delivery. We are committed to delivering your specially crafted items as efficiently as possible. Please ensure timely payment, accurate address information, measurements, and prompt communication to avoid any delays in the delivery process. Please note that deliveries can be affected if we do not receive the following information on time:
- 1. Complete payment is not received.
- 2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details.
- 3. Measurements.
- 4. No response from the customer.
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we have partnered with third-party vendors for faster deliveries. However, in the case of delays from a third party, we do not take responsibility.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping within India is free and fully borne by us. However, international shipping charges are additional and will be based on the weight, volume of the product, and the country of delivery. Shipping charges will be provided upon inquiry.
In case of any alterations in garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer, as we request at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
For international orders, the logistics company will contact you for the payment of applicable taxes and duties in your home country. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that taxes are paid within the stipulated time and products are cleared for delivery.
Sale
Rimple Agrawal may offer some products at promotional prices. However, please note that sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned. Advance payments for sale outfits are non-reimbursable. Alterations or resizing of sale outfits will not be performed for outfits offered on sale.
Delivery Policies
Rimple Agrawal utilizes third-party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. Rimple Agrawal is not responsible for the timely delivery of products in the event of any delay from the logistics team.
For all deliveries within India, Rimple Agrawal covers the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are to be paid by the client.
For 'Cash on Delivery' services, Rimple Agrawal covers part of the cost as charged by the courier services. However, the remaining part of the amount is to be paid by the client. Therefore, when placing an order with COD facility, there will be an addition of COD charge to the total order value.
Undelivered Outfits
Rimple Agrawal will dispatch outfits as promised upon receipt of full payment. If the client wishes to collect the outfit from Rimple Agrawal's store, the outfit will be kept with the store until the agreed-upon delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned to us or not picked up by the client, Rimple Agrawal will attempt to re-deliver and contact the client. If no communication/response is received from the client over a 6-month period, Rimple Agrawal will forfeit the amount paid for the outfit, and the outfit will be discarded.
